Solution:
1. Give apps access to your microphone and camera. Â
Firstly, ensure that your computer’s apps have permission to use the camera and microphone.

2. Give Skype access to your webcam and microphone Â
Next, check that Skype has authorization to access your device’s camera and microphone.

Step 1: Select Camera in the left pane of Settings > Privacy. Go to the “Choose which apps can access your camera” section in the right-hand pane and turn ON the slider next to Camera.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and turn on the slider next to Skype.

Step 3: In the left-pane, choose Microphone. Go to the “Allow Apps to Access your Microphone” area in the right-hand window and flip the toggle next to Skype to ON.

3. Repair the Skype application Â
The Skype App might get corrupted occasionally, and this can be repaired by utilizing the Repair App feature in Windows 10.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Apps > on the left pane,
