If Outlook isn’t correctly searching all of your emails, you can repair it by rebuilding the Outlook search index. Use the methods outlined below.
1. Rebuild Search IndexĀ Ā

Step 1: Go to File > Options

Step 4: Select the Rebuild button
Outlook will now rebuild its entire search index. This process could take a long time to complete. However, you can continue to use Outlook while the process continues in the background.
2. Check Outlook Index LocationsĀ Ā
Check if Outlook is on the list of indexed locations.
