Overview of Self-Heal Analytics
Self-Heal component of Anakage platform works behind the scene silently to fix issues occurring on end points. Analytics dashboard provides a view to admins to understand this.
Structure of Analytics Page
Each page has one or more of below –
Blocks – At the top of pages group of blocks showing summary of data are shown
Date filter – This can be used to select the date range for which data is to be shown. This is very important field. If the data on pages are not what you are expecting then select correct date range to resolve this. Selecting date range will recalculate all the reports shown on the page.
Note – Some pages do not show this – which means that either date range is not relevant or complete data is being shown.
Table – This shows data in tabular format
Title – This section shows title of the table with date. The date shown here is same as what is selected in Date Range filter.
EXCEL – Click this to download the data in excel format. Sometimes CSV button is there instead of EXCEL.
Search – Quick search field. Start typing in this field and table will show data matching the search criteria. This will search only the visible table data.
Table – This shows columns and data. Click on the column to sort the data. User horizontal and vertical scroll to navigate the data.
If the table has lot of data then it is paginated to avoid loading all the data from server to reduce load. Scroll to bottom of table
In this example –
A – Total items in table are 25474
B – The table is showing 1000-2000 items.
C – The visible portion of table is showing 1-12 out of 1000 items
D – The arrow can be used to move to next or previous 1000 items in table
Filter Combo – This is shown to help in filtering the data based on some criteria.
Graphs – Shows data in visual format. Move mouse over them to see details.
Reports available in Self-Heal
This report shows the summary of users, solutions deployed and their status, the list of solutions and how many of them are detected/not detected. Detected means the listed problem exists at endpoint. Anakage Self-Heal agent might have tried to fix the issue, but it is still unresolved and some action needs to be taken. Not detected means – the mentioned problem does not exist on user machine. Either it was already fine or Self-Heal agent fixed the problem.
The page helps admins to search for all the actions for provided user name or/and hostname.
This shows the status of proactive solutions for each user name and hostname for selected date range.
This shows how many times self-heal agent tried to fix the issue if the issue was detected. It also displays the status before and after a fix was attempted.
This shows the status of any fix that was attempted from admin dashboard.
This shows summary of Self-Heal agent on endpoints.
Advanced – This shows advanced data which is used for troubleshooting.

This section is used to update Self-Heal application on endpoints.
