This knowledge base article is about understanding solution usage data of self-heal solutions from the Admin dashboard.

Navigate to the “Solution” section in Admin Dashboard

1 – Login to Self-Help dashboard using super admin credentials

2 – Click on Dashboard

3 – Click on the “Self Heal” tab, select “Analytics” and then select “Solution”

Solution Analytics

The upper section shows a summary of the Self-Heal solutions–

1 – TOTAL– Total number of issues to be fixed by Self Heal agent

2 – NOT DETECTED– Total number of issues Self Heal agent has auto-detected and fixed or there were no issues

3- DETECTED- Total number of issues Self Heal agent has auto-detected and not fixed

4- NOT APPLICABLE– Total number of issues that are not applicable, for example- self-heal could not find chrome installed on the endpoint, so there were no issues to be fixed in Chrome

SOLUTION ANALYTICS

The lower section shows a detailed view of Self-Heal solutions-

1– Solution Name- Name of the Self-Heal solution

2– Username- Name of the user

3- Hostname – Hostname of the user

4- Detection Status- The status of the solution after the self-heal was run. DETECTED: If the self-heal has detected an issue and it could not auto-resolve status is detected; NOT DETECTED: If the self-heal has not detected an issue status is not detected; NA: If the software to be detected is not installed status is NA

5- Detection Details– The details of the detection after the self-heal was run

6- Message– Message from the user’s machine after running the solution

7- Run Time (in seconds)– The time of the solution run

8- Date– The date of the solution run

9- Tenant– The group of users

All this information can be downloaded in Excel by selecting “CSV” on the top right side of the screen.

SOLUTION ANALYTICS OF A PARTICULAR SOLUTION

To understand the solution analytics of a particular solution search for the solution in the search option on the top right side of the screen or click on the solution name in the “Name” column.

The upper section shows a summary of a particular Self-Heal solution, the lower section shows a detailed view of a particular Self-Heal solution. To further filter the solution on any of the other criteria mentioned in the column, the search on the top right side can be used. For example, To filter based on a particular username, the name of the user can be searched.

Note- All this information can be downloaded in Excel by selecting “CSV” on the top right side of the screen.
