How to Use Search
This knowledge base article is about understanding how admins can use search to get various analytics of proactive self-heal agent from the Admin dashboard.
Navigate to the “search” section in Admin Dashboard
1 – Login to Self-Help dashboard using super admin credentials

2 – Click on Dashboard

3 – Click on the “Self-Heal” tab, select “Analytics” and then select “Search”

Search Analytics

The username and hostname can be given to search the self-heal analytics.



This section shows a detailed view of the actions that Self-Heal solutions have taken automatically –
1– Solution Name- Name of the Self-Heal solution
2– Username- Name of the user
3- Hostname – Hostname of the user
4- Detection Status- DETECTED: If the self-heal has detected an issue and it could not auto-resolve status is detected; NOT DETECTED: If the self-heal has not detected an issue status is not detected; NA: If the software to be detected is not installed status is NA
5- Action- FIX: If the Self-Heal solution detects and could not fix the issue action is fix, the admin can click on FIX and remotely fix the issue. NO ACTION AVAILABLE- If the Self-Heal solution does not detect any issue there is no action available
6- Detection Details- If the self-heal has detected an issue the details will be available here
7- Message– If there is any message from self-heal it is shown here
8- Run Time (in seconds)– The time of the solution run
9- Date– The date of the solution run
10- Tenant– The group of users
All this information can be downloaded in Excel by selecting “CSV” on the top right side of the screen.
Proactive Actions

This section shows a detailed view of the actions that Self-Heal solutions have taken automatically
1– Solution Name- Name of the Self-Heal solution
2– Username- Name of the user
3- Hostname – Hostname of the user
4- Action Result- SUCCESS or FAIL; If the Self-Heal solution detects and fixes the issue it is SUCCESS, If the Self-Heal solution detects and does not fix the issue it is FAIL
5- Before Detection Status- The status of the solution before the solution was run
6- After Detection Status– The status of the solution after the solution was run
7- Remediation Mode– AGENT INITIATED or ADMIN INITIATED. If the solution was autorun it is Agent initiated. If the solution was run by Admin, it is Admin initiated.
8- Message– Message from the user’s machine after running the solution
9- Run Time (in seconds)– The time of the solution run
10- Date– The date of the solution run
