Actions and Admin Actions
This knowledge base article is about understanding actions performed by self-heal application and admins from the Admin dashboard.
Navigate to the “Actions” section in Admin Dashboard
1 – Login to Self-Help dashboard using super admin credentials

2 – Click on Dashboard

3 – Click on the “Self Heal” tab, select “Analytics” and then select “Actions”

Action Analytics

The upper section shows a summary of the actions Self-Heal solutions has taken automatically–
1 – TOTAL– Total number of issues Self Heal agent has auto-detected
2 – FIXED– Total number of issues Self Heal agent has auto-detected and fixed
3- NOT FIXED- Total number of issues Self Heal agent has auto-detected and not fixed
ACTION HISTORY ANALYTICS

The lower section shows a detailed view of the actions that Self-Heal solutions have taken automatically
1– Solution Name- Name of the Self-Heal solution
2– Username- Name of the user
3- Hostname – Hostname of the user
4- Action Result- SUCCESS or FAIL; If the Self-Heal solution detects and fixes the issue it is SUCCESS, If the Self-Heal solution detects and does not fixes the issue it is FAIL
5- Before Detection Status- The status of the solution before the solution was run

6- After Detection Status– The status of the solution after the solution was run
7- Remediation Mode– AGENT INITIATED or ADMIN INITIATED. If the solution was autorun it is Agent initiated. If the solution was run by Admin, it is Admin initiated.
8- Message– Message from the user’s machine after running the solution
9- Run Time (in seconds)– The time of the solution run
10- Date– The date of the solution run
All this information can be downloaded in Excel by selecting “EXCEL” on the top right side of the screen.
Admin Action

The upper section shows a summary of the actions the admin has taken –
- TOTAL– Total number of solution admin has initiated
- RUNNING– Total number of solutions that is yet to be run that admin has initiated
- ADMIN ACTIONS– Total number of actions admin has initiated
- ADMIN REMEDIATIONS– Total number of remediations admin has initiated
Admin Action Analytics
The lower section shows a detailed view of the actions that the admin has taken –
- Name- Name of the Self-Heal solution
- Description– Description of the Self-Heal solution
- Active Status- DEPLOYED. If the admin has initiated a solution the status is deployed
- Action Type- SILENT. If the admin has initiated a solution without any message to the user the type is silent

- Solution- Name of the Self-Heal solution
- Date– The date of the solution run
- Created By- The name of the admin who has initiated the solution
- Tenant- The id of the Tenant
- Action- TERMINATE. If the admin wants to stop the solution to run that has been initiated the action can be to terminate the solution
